Daniel Rubin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia, with a Bachelor’s of Science from Clemson University and a Master’s of Counseling from Mercer University. Mr. Rubin has a plethora of experience across the mental health and substance abuse fields. In addition to therapeutic services, Mr. Rubin has experience in designing, running and marketing Mental Health and Intensive Outpatient Program for facilities in both Georgia and Florida. Mr. Rubin has developed and maintained successful private practices in multiple locations in both Georgia and Florida. He also served as the Director of Substance Abuse Programs for high risk inmates at Phillips State Prison, where he created the first substance abuse program for a prison in the state of Georgia. From there, Mr. Rubin was hired as the CEO of the Carter Treatment Center in Georgia, where he built a successful treatment program from the ground up. Mr. Rubin has a track record of running extremely successful private practices for which he oversees all aspects of Business Development. Mr. Rubin offers extensive clinical background, compounded with his proven track record of successful business development.
