Kids Don't Talk About Feelings — They Show Them
Children process emotions through play, art, and movement long before they can articulate what they're feeling. Effective child therapy meets them where they actually are. We use play therapy, sand tray, art-based approaches, and other developmentally appropriate methods to help children make sense of their experiences.

Sessions Are Half the Picture — Parents Are the Other Half
We meet with parents regularly, separately from the child, to share what's emerging in sessions, offer guidance, and help you support the work between visits. Children make the most progress when therapy and the home environment are aligned.
Ages We See
We work with children ages 4–12. For teens, see our teen therapy page.
